Blueberry Foods

Blueberry Foods is a custom built manufacturing facility, born out of the continuing growth of the chilled desserts market.
 
Opened in August 2008, Blueberry Foods manufactures chilled and ambient cakes and desserts for Marks and Spencer, in a factory which has been designed with state of the art manufacturing equipment to ensure flexibility and quick response to changing consumer needs.
 
The ranges produced include cheesecakes, fresh cream meringues, sponge puddings, penny stacking cakes and party food.
