Placement Structure

How it's structured…

Everyone is different - we all know that, so why should you all have to do the same scheme? That's why we offer enormous flexibility. There's no rigid timescale, you can be on the scheme from 12 to 24 months depending on your development. You can complete two, three, or four six-month placements with training in-between. It's all down to you and your development. We'll listen to you before offering you placements. And as it's your scheme you can change most things, all you need to do is tell us.

The best way to learn is through real experience. That's why we'll do our best to give you real jobs in your placements. We'll also ensure that you experience a number of differing functions and sites. Every role you have will carry real responsibility and accountability. We try not to give you project work as we know you've already done this at University. It's time for new challenges. We prefer your flexibility but should you have any preferences regarding location, then don't worry, this should not be a problem.
