Gain a real feel for Production/Operations by listening to Chris & Emilia who have both undertaken production placements as part of their Scheme.

Running at least one production line, you'll have our full support behind you all the way and learn extra fast. It's the kind of accelerated development that'll put you head and shoulders above graduates in management trainee positions with other organisations. And with a team and a production line depending on your leadership, there'll be plenty of variety thrown your way, with no two days the same. On the team front, you'll need to motivate, train and develop staff, conduct return to work interviews after absence periods, manage Health & Safety issues, and get involved in disciplinary proceedings if necessary. With regards to the performance of your production line, you'll plan resources, attend production management meetings, and make quick decisions to minimise inefficiencies. You'll also be monitoring the volume of production and keeping up our high standards in quality and maintaining our reputation for high service levels.

Strong management potential is what we're looking for, so we're interested in graduates with leadership potential from any discipline.
