In this area, Graduates are often Warehouse or Transport Team Leaders. And just like all the management positions available to Graduates, you'll have full responsibility and accountability for your team and their performance. Your team will be picking and packing orders for distribution. And it'll be up to you to make sure all the processes involved are efficient, accurate and organised - with the right orders put on the right vehicle at the right time. With our very fast moving environment and short lead times this means that you'll have to think on your feet, and rest assured you'll never be bored.

With our support, you'll undertake the full range of people management activities. From motivating the team to making sure they receive the right training & development, conducting return to work interviews after a period of absence to managing Health & Safety, it really is a full management role. And a great area in which to really stretch and build on your leadership abilities. We'll also ask you to have a look at the way we work. If you can find a better way of doing things, you'll have the support and freedom to implement new methods.
