Are you a Graduate Engineer hoping to make your mark within a fast paced, diverse and always changing industry? Then Engineering with us is for you!

Gain a real feel for Engineering by listening to Oriel who has undertaken a placement in Engineering as part of her Graduate Scheme.

You'll develop both strong practical and managerial experience, as you'll be in a team leader role with full management accountability and responsibility for your team's performance. It'll be up to you to make sure your team responds to a breakdown of machinery efficiently and effectively, and maintenance schedules are planned and carried out alongside any commissioning work.

You'll also liaise with suppliers when looking for new equipment or machinery within a capital expenditure programme. We pride ourselves on being cutting edge with equipment, and several of our sites have invested in computerised robotic packing lines – state of the art technology.

Site Services also falls under your team's remit, so you'll be involved in related maintenance and any new builds. With such broad responsibilities, you'll develop broad engineering expertise - that's why we're looking for strong management potential and an engineering degree in any discipline.
