There's a wide variety of roles you can be involved in. Within this area of the business it's vital that everything is done quickly and accurately to ensure that the customer is not disappointed. There's always room for improvement, so you'll be working on ways to make us work smarter - whether that's during picking or in the traffic office planning the schedules. You could also be involved in the claims process, supporting negotiations with our clients to resolve any issues.
