Gain a real feel for Process Development by listening to Clare who has undertaken a placement in Process Development as part of her Graduate Scheme.

Work in this area of the business tends to be project based however it is unlikely that you'll be working on only one at a time, so there's plenty of variety. You could be supporting us in taking new products from the kitchen and making them work on the production line, helping us resolve issues of practicality. This will involve extensive trials work. It's not just our new projects that receive great care and attention; you will also be involved in developing our existing products, to ensure that we can produce them even more consistently and profitably especially when there are changes of raw material suppliers or new machinery. And as you'll be liaising with all the other areas of the business, it'll give you great exposure and knowledge as to how we operate.
