Quality is a Way of Life for us. And it's reflected in everything we do. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients in a state of the art environment. That's why your role in this area will be vital. A role in the Technical Team will provide many opportunities - its not just facts and figures. 'Technical' covers a wide reaching field of opportunity from pure science - microbiology, chemistry, physics - to ensure our products are safe, pure and wholesome. Also to looking outside by dealing with environmental issues and animal welfare and back inside with Good Manufacturing principles, management of Hygiene or assisting with the design of equipment, processes or production areas to ensure technical requirements are met. It requires the development of excellent communication and management skills to ensure production, engineering and processing staff understand the many technical aspects which relate to Food Production. Team leader opportunities will exist in some areas for example Hygiene or valuable hands on experience of monitoring products day to day may be gained in the QA teams, as well as dealing with Customers and Consumers. Project work in any area will increase awareness and knowledge in an ever developing field. Developing skills in the Technical arena takes time and experience but where better to get that step up the ladder than in a company where Quality Actually is the Way of Life.
