The Industrial placement opportunities for 2012 are now open for applications

We offer undergraduates like you the opportunity to gain 2 6 month placements in 2 different roles in 2 different businesses over 12 months, gaining you double the experience!

Successful completion of your Industrial Placement can also lead to a place on the Graduate Scheme before you go back to University. There's not much to be gained from watching someone all day, so you'll have two 6-month placements in real roles. This is a great way to gain valuable experience because you'll have genuine responsibilities and accountability. And with the full support of your Line Manager, Personnel Manager, Mentor and the Graduate Co-ordinator, you can be confident your contributions will make a positive impact on our business. Other people on Industrial Placements have impressed us by completing projects such as the redesign of a production floor, helping to develop and launch a new range of sandwiches, and saving us over £100,000 a year by looking at our production efficiencies.
